Augmented Reality

The AR Team focuses on developing the user interface within Unity using MRTK3. They are responsible for building front-end AR features with Unity-specific functionalities such as spatial interactions, gesture controls and input logic tailored for augmented reality environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop the foundations of Unity and MRTK through 1st semester onboarding (ORA) focused on Extravehicular Activity (EVA)

Manage project assets and code with robust version control using Git
~

Work with the Web Team to maintain modular event-driven systems
~

Design state machines and handler patterns to manage UI behavior, transitions, and user-triggered events across all major features
~

Write internal documentation for feature logic and AR frameworks
~

Collaborate closely with UX, AI, and Web subteams to develop features
~

Ensure technical feasibility, quality, and performance of application
